Track My Order
There are three ways to track your order:
- Follow the Tracking Number link in your ship confirm email. It will take you to the shippers site to see the progress/status or your shipments.
- Log in to your account, view order history and select the order you would like to track. Click the tracking number link to see the status of your shipments.
- Click on the Order Status link located the right side of the Home Page and in the footer. Enter the order number and the ZIP code of the ship to address. Click the tracking number link to see the status of your shipments.
How To Create An Account
Click on the "Create an Account" link in the header or footer on any page and fill in the requested information. Your email address will be your User Name and you will be asked to create a password. You do not need to place an order to create an account.
I Forgot My Password
Go to the Log-In link in the header or footer of any page and click on the "I’ve forgotten my password" link. Enter your user name and answer your security question. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
Ordering
You can add items to your cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button in search results, browse results or on the product detail page. Once you have finished shopping, select “Proceed to Checkout” from the Shopping Cart. If you need to return to your cart, select the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.
Follow the instructions to check out, completing your shipping and billing information. You will receive an Order Confirm page that shows your product total along with tax and shipping costs. This will be followed up by an email confirming your order.
You will also receive an email when your order ships with tracking numbers to allow you to follow your shipment.
Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, it is prepared to be shipped right away and cannot be cancelled. We will be happy to arrange to have the items returned once you have received the product.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on order of $79.00 or more. Orders less than $79.00 will be charged a flat fee of $7.99. We currently can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or internationally at this time. We cannot deliver to PO Box Numbers or APO/FPO addresses.
Your order will be delivered 1 to 3 business days after it is placed. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays.

Do I need to register for an account to purchase or shop on your site?
No need to create an account to shop on our site. Just use our Guest Check out to order without creating an account.

What shipping charges should I expect?
Shipping is free on order of $79.00 or more. Orders less than $79.00 will be charged a flat fee of $7.99
Do you accept APO/FPO orders?
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
Are my orders secure?
Our process electronically verifies each transaction with the credit company associated with the card used and only processes only those orders if the credit company authorizes it. When there are suspicious or declined transactions, our company may contact you to verify you placed the order, confirm your identity or advise you that we have cancel the order.
To protect the security of your information during transmission we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input at 128-bit strength. On most web-browsers you can confirm this by a small padlock icon appearing on the bottom bar of the window along with the address bar of the window changing from http:// to https://, confirming a secure connection. In the event that an order cannot be completed, please contact our Customer Service. If our website cannot establish a secure connection, we will not risk your confidential information (it will not be transmitted).
